As a Certified Fitness Nutrition specialist, I create personalized meal plans that align with your lifestyle, dietary preferences and health goals. My goal is to simplify mealtime with tasty, nourishing options that remove the stress of meal prep and support a balanced, sustainable way of eating.
If you want, I can also subtly weave in menopause support here (things like hormone-friendly nutrition, energy, metabolism) without makng it feel heavy or clinical.
