Nutrition/Meal Plan Services
$140 - Initial consultation fee. Includes food history/assessment, food journaling, follow up/modifications, accountability and weekly or bi-weekly check-ins.
$70 - 1 week meal plan
$140 – 2-week meal plan
$260 - 4-week meal plan (Discount $5 off each week)
If you purchase a personal training package and would like to add nutritional services, the initial nutrition consultation fee will be discounted to $119.
